Update 1/30/21: The Portsmouth Junior Varsity defeated Gallia Academy and have now won 5 of their last 6 games.
Update 2/1/21: The Portsmouth JV defeated West and now have won 6 of their last 7 games. Starting 4 freshmen for most of the season.
Update 2/6/21: The Portsmouth JV lost 49-46 to Ironton and have won 6 of their last 8 games. 2 freshmen, DeAndre Berry and Devin Lattimore, dressed for the Ironton varsity game and both got playing time, with Lattimore scoring 2 points.
Update 2/11/21: The Portsmouth JV have won 8 of their last 10 games, beating Chesapeake 77-51 and Ironton 67-46.
Update 2/13/21: The Portsmouth JV defeated CG 61-48 for their 9th win in the last 11 games.
Update 2/27/21: The Portsmouth JV finished with a 10-8 record after starting out 0-4.
